Refund policy

At Cherry's, every pack is prepared and sealed with care to ensure freshness, hygiene, and authentic homemade taste. Since our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Refunds (Case-by-Case Basis)
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases such as:

  • Products damaged during transit
  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Quality issues reported immediately upon delivery

If you face any of the above issues, please write to us at sales@cherryssweets.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photos and your order details. Our team will review and respond promptly.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
As our pickles are perishable and made in small batches, they cannot be restocked or resold once shipped. Therefore, we cannot accept returns, replacements, or cancellations once an order has been dispatched.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your pack arrives damaged, leaked, or if the wrong product has been sent, please contact us immediately with photos. Once verified, we will either:

  • Send a replacement, or
  • Issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds, where approved, are processed within 7–10 business days.
